What People Say

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Shahrzad on several startup projects, and one of her standout strengths is the way she approaches teamwork. She communicates effectively, helps resolve conflicts constructively, and always keeps the team focused on moving the project forward. What has impressed me the most is her systematic way of thinking — it explains why she’s able to approach backend development in such a structured and reliable way. She breaks down problems logically, stays organized, and consistently contributes to keeping projects on the right path. I’m looking forward to seeing what she builds next.
